1). All orders placed directly or through our representatives,
    are valid only after confirmation from Head Office.

2). Our Prices are Ex-Factory , Ahmedabad , until and unless
    otherwise agreed in writing.

3). Price rulling on the date of confirmation of an order
    shall be charged.

4). All goods are booked at Railway/Transport Carrier's 
    Risk and we do not accept any responsibility for damage,
    breakage, loss or pilferage during transit. If you desire,
    we can arrange to get the goods insured at customer's cost.

5). Order once placed and confirmed by us will not be 
    cancelled and Goods once sold will not be accepted back.
    We reserve the right to execute any order in full or part
    according to our supply position or manufacturing capacity.
    We accept no liability for delayed supplies for reasons
    beyond our control such as War, Lockouts, Break-down or
    Riots etc. All commitments entered into by us are subject to  
    said contingencies beyond our control.

6). Way bills, Railway Receipt or Transport Receipt for goods
    supplied through Banks or by V.P.P. against payment only.
    (Please mention the name and address of your Bankers in order.)

7). New Customers are requested to remit    % of the total
    value of order as advance along with order.

8). Cash discount    % will be allowed through Bank provided
    documents are honoured within ten days from the date of our
    documents.(Please refer to us for yearly turnover trade discount). 

9). G.S.T. and C.S.T. will be charged extra as applicable. C.S.T.
    Number/17 No. Form or if any Form should be clearly mentioned in the
    order form with its effecting date.

10). All disputes will be settled at Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.

11). Rates and terms are subject to alteration without any notice.
