The Groove of 'V' Belt Pulley are technically perfect made and hence it is perfectly match with Belt and therefore it transfer the power sufficiently. Also the slippage is very low so belt and machine can carry the load sufficiently and therefore production can be got more in less time. Due to less resistance, Belt is long durable life & bearing of machine and motor is runs for long time and hence maintenance can be reduced and thereby economic profit. Also motor get heat long time. Therefore 'V' Belt Pulley saves power, increase production, reduce  maintenance cost & gives more economic benefit.. 

     In Hecks Nipple the threads of both sides are made in parallel and through so for long distance fitting every pipes can be fitted in perfect position.

     Thread of Plug Bush are made in tapper degree which exactly matched at the time of fitting without extra packing. So no chances of leakage.

     Pedestal base is machined, the center height of pedestal is equal and hence easy for alignment. Also bearing size of pedestal is perfect, so bearing of any make can be exactly fitted in it. Bearing life is long.

     As the size is full size and slot is perfect it is fitted perfectly and get leveling quickly.

 

 

     The size of Shaft coupling is as per original model. The bush holes are in P.C.D.. The bolt and rubber bush are used of best quality and hence it is long durable.

     The size of Impeller is exact as every original model and water flow is more available.
